Situation Complex
The Embassy staff deals with day-to-day workings from their own offices. But if a situation should arise which requires the senior staff to come together to solve a problem or deal with an emergency, there is a small complex of rooms located underground where the staff can meet and plan. The Embassy's main Situation Command Centre requires level Beta One clearance to enter, so it is unfortunately off-limits to visitors. This area, however, is a large circular room which has duty stations for each of the senior staff at which they can monitor the Embassy, her support vessels, and keep in contact with all field officers.
However, other parts of the situation complex are open to guests. By descending this staircase, we will enter the Situation Complex lobby. Straight ahead is the Command Centre, while to the right you will find the head, and the entrance to the large Briefing Room.
The Briefing Room is an auditorium which can hold much of the high-clearance staff. Each seat has a small writing desk, for the convenience of the staff members, while speakers will find it easy to address those present via the podium.
Another part of the Situation Complex is the Command Conference Room, which can be accessed to the left of the entrance to the Situation Command Centre. This room, during high-alert times, is only accessible by the Ambassador and those he needs an audience with. When not at alert, it is open to guests.
